  • Your shop profile and listings will be removed from public view
  • We will delete your personal information, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (see Section 7)

If you believe we have breached the APPs or this Privacy Policy, you may lodge a complaint with us at support@bikeyard.com.au. We will investigate and respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
